Diamonds Are Green: Refreshing Signature Cocktail For Warm Spring Days
Continuing our series of signature cocktails, we present the Diamonds Are Green, created by reputable mixologist and bartender Jan Martinović. Led by the mission of creating umami flavours in all of his cocktails, Diamonds Are Green is made to fulfill all senses, with refreshing, sour, sweet, and citrusy notes.
Ingredients
Arete Puro gin – 50 ml
Mikks drink basil – 25 ml
Timut syrup – 10 ml
Lime juice – 15 ml
Soda – 50 ml
Put all ingredients in a shaker, then shake, and strain through a strainer into a long drink glass with a long ice cube or filled with regular ice. Garnish with a basil leaf and a straw if needed.
