The high-quality wheat is ground into a fine powder and combined with water, then heated to a specific temperature to create a wheat mash known as “wort”. Fermentation begins with champagne yeast which converts the wheat-derived sugars into alcohol. After distillation and filtration through activated charcoal made from coconut shells, it is ready to mix in the cocktails, or just to be served on the rocks.
