Returning to everyday life after the summer holidays can feel a little bitter, but the cocktails crafted by mixologist Ozana Domić with Arete Puro Gin brought sweetness to everyone who visited the gastro-music festival The Flying Dish in Velika Gorica this September.

From August 28 to September 7, 2025, at Dr. Franjo Tuđman Park, the second edition of the The Flying Dish food, music & art festival took place – bigger and more exciting than ever. The festival offered thousands of visitors 11 days of top concerts, amazing food, signature cocktails, and a feel-good atmosphere that helped them forget, at least for a while, the responsibilities waiting for them in the new season back on the city streets.

The festival gathered outstanding musicians such as Matija Cvek, Miach, Baks, Stoka, and Edo Maajka, alongside numerous DJ sets and live performances. Among the gastro stands, one stood out-your favorite gin, Arete Puro. At the New Order booth, young mixologist and brand ambassador for Arete Puro, Ozana Domić, presented her cocktail catering and unveiled exciting new creations with Arete Puro Gin, designed especially for this event.

In Velika Gorica, Ozana turned every cocktail into a personal story – each was named after a member of her family or a beloved pet. Along with Arete Puro Gin, the mixes included carefully chosen ingredients that reflected the personality of the “hero” behind the cocktail’s name. The stories behind the drinks, combined with flavors garnished with gummy candies or cotton candy, attracted many visitors to the booth and further amplified the buzz around this duo, who are entering the fall season with big plans.

Each of Ozana’s cocktails is an original creation that cannot be tasted anywhere else, as she is known for combining unusual ingredients, homemade syrups, and infusions.

The menu also included alcohol-free cocktails, inspired by the wishes of expectant mothers and children – made with mango, strawberries, and mint purées, as well as ingredients like orange and hibiscus, elderflower, and coconut water.

Beyond delivering a top-tier experience with flavors that were truly “out of this world”, the Flying Dish festival marked the opening of a brand-new party season for Arete Puro and Ozana. With fresh cocktails, event appearances, and plenty of surprises yet to come, this dynamic and well-synced duo continues to build their recognizable story with a single mission: to offer people something different, relaxed, and fun.
