Much like a perfectly balanced gin that carries the finest essence of the Mediterranean in an elegant bottle, this collaboration was also built gradually – through inspiration and emotion, until it gave birth to some of the finest cocktails that countless guests have enjoyed over the past two years. The family-owned craft distillery Aristippus Liquors, where Arete Puro gin was created as the first spirit under this signature, takes its name from the Greek philosopher Aristippus, whose philosophy was based on the principles of ethical hedonism.

Ozana’s Story – How Was New Order Cocktail Catering Born?

New Order provides comprehensive hospitality solutions – from optimizing bar logistics and staff training to creating cocktail menus, developing food & cocktail pairings, and organizing events ranging from festivals and weddings to sports events and private celebrations. “I wanted to bring something new to events, and I thought cocktails should be available beyond traditional cafés and bars. That is how my mobile bar was born,” explains the young mixologist.

She learned the art of creating fusions and syrups from her grandmother, and her offer also includes non-alcoholic cocktails for children, which Ozana especially enjoys preparing.

“People often assume these cocktails are full of sugar, but that is not the case with mine. I prepare fresh fruit in fun shapes and use homemade jams. I create decorations from fruit peels and mint. At children’s birthday parties, I teach the little ones how to prepare healthy drinks, giving parents some time for themselves – something they are always grateful for. At the same time, children get to learn something new.”
